Prior to joining Muir Wood, she served as National Sales Director at Fusion Academy, a national network of accredited, one-to-one private schools serving students who thrive with personalized education. In that role, she led strategic initiatives to expand the organization’s reach and impact across diverse communities.
Throughout her professional journey, Happy has developed and led high-performing outreach and sales teams, with a consistent focus on collaboration, results, mission alignment, professional development, and culture.

Happy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Columbia University in New York.
