Stacey Irving is an accomplished healthcare executive with over two decades of experience leading high-impact teams and scaling operations across some of the country’s most respected healthcare organizations. Her career has been defined by a commitment to purpose-driven leadership, operational excellence, and expanding access to high-quality, patient-centered care.

She has held senior leadership roles at McKesson, DaVita Kidney Care, and Tia Health, bringing a unique blend of experience across large-scale healthcare systems and mission-driven startups.

At DaVita, she played a key role in expanding one of the nation’s largest dialysis networks, driving innovations in care delivery, building cross-functional teams, and improving operational outcomes at scale. At Tia, a rapidly growing women’s health platform, Stacey helped establish and grow a national network of integrated care clinics, focused on expanding access to preventive and whole-person care for women across the U.S.

Stacey brings a unique blend of experience across corporate and clinical-facing operations, enabling her to bridge system-level strategy with front-line care delivery. She is recognized for building collaborative teams, fostering inclusive cultures, and steering healthcare organizations through high-growth and transformational phases.

Stacey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management, with a double major in Marketing and Finance. Her academic foundation helped shape a career grounded in mission-oriented healthcare leadership and strategic growth.

As CEO of Muir Wood, Stacey leads with a focus on organizational growth, operational clarity, and mission alignment. She collaborates with the leadership team to support clinical innovation in adolescent behavioral healthcare, enhance teammate development, and scale access to high-quality, evidence-based treatment for teens and their families.

Under Stacey’s leadership, Muir Wood continues to maintain exceptional clinical standards and deliver high-quality care to adolescents and their families. She has focused on building a values-driven team culture, advancing strategic clarity, and expanding access, while putting in place the infrastructure and consistency needed to sustain long-term success.

Personal Interests

Stacey brings a deep personal commitment to healing, empathy, and human connection. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband and three children. She finds balance through time outdoors, especially at the beach or hiking open-space trails near home with the family’s Labrador retriever. Drawing energy and perspective from nature helps her stay grounded, energized, and connected.
