Muir Wood Teen Treatment is an in-network treatment provider with Anthem, Aetna, Blue Shield, Cigna, Halycon (now Simple Behavioral), Kaiser, Magellan, MHN, Optum, TRICARE, and Health Net Federal Services. We will also work with most other major insurers on an out-of-network, case-by-case basis.
We currently do not accept Medicaid or Medi-Cal. In-network agreements may vary by program.
