Muir Wood is an in-network treatment provider for Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Blue Shield, Cigna, Halycon (now Simple Behavioral), Kaiser, Magellan, MHN, and Optum. We are also able to work on an out-of-network single-case basis with most other major insurers. We currently do not accept Medicaid or Medi-Cal.
