The Bradley Ranch program serves adolescent boys who need more intensive support than outpatient or school-based services can provide, delivering around-the-clock clinical care in an environment built for focus and growth. The campus is located in Riverside’s historic citrus grove district near Arlington Heights, a nature-rich area known for its open space and quiet residential character. Mature trees, wide streets, and abundant natural light create a sense of calm that families often describe as grounding and restorative. This environment offers privacy and space to focus while remaining accessible enough for meaningful family involvement throughout treatment. Care is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and oriented toward building the self-awareness and coping skills each teen will need to sustain progress after discharge.
Most teens remain in treatment for 45 to 60 days, with some staying up to 90 days depending on clinical progress and individual circumstances. A multidisciplinary team of licensed professionals oversees each boy’s care. Programming and housing are gender-separate, providing a focused setting free from social distractions—while treatment itself remains personalized, inclusive, and responsive to each teen’s identity and background.
Families are integral to the process from the start. Parents engage in weekly family therapy, receive consistent communication and guidance from clinicians, and take an active role in discharge planning—ensuring that progress made at Bradley Ranch translates into stability at home.
Daily structure at Bradley Ranch is designed to reinforce therapeutic gains in real time. The schedule balances clinical sessions, academics, and physical activity with downtime that allows for processing and peer connection. Evenings are spent in smaller, home-like residences where boys can decompress in a calmer setting. This rhythm—active days, restorative evenings—helps teens practice regulation skills in the context of everyday life, building routines and confidence they can carry beyond residential care into their lives.
