Experience

Zvi Andrews Pardes has spent his career at the intersection of healthcare and human connection—helping families find the specialized clinical care they need when they need it most. As Director of Marketing at Muir Wood Teen Treatment, he brings that same commitment to every family who reaches out, ensuring that from the very first search to the first phone call, the path to getting a teen the right help is as clear, trustworthy, and welcoming as possible.

With a background spanning ophthalmology, medical devices, and behavioral health, Zvi has developed a deep appreciation for what it means to market services where the stakes are genuinely high—where a family’s experience of a website, an ad, or a piece of content can be the difference between reaching out and giving up. He is drawn to organizations that lead with clinical excellence and compassion, and Muir Wood’s whole-person, family-centered approach to adolescent care is precisely the kind of mission he is committed to serving.

In his role, Zvi works behind the scenes to make sure Muir Wood’s reputation for exceptional care is reflected at every digital touchpoint—from how the organization appears in search results to how families experience the website when they’re researching options at what is often the most stressful moment of their lives. His work helps ensure that the referring professionals, educators, and parents who need to find Muir Wood can do so easily, and that what they find instills genuine confidence in the quality of care their teens will receive.

Education

Zvi holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of Calgary and is based in Berkeley, California.

Role at Muir Wood

In this role, Zvi leads all aspects of marketing strategy and execution—with a focus on sustainable growth, operational scale, and brand integrity. He oversees our digital presence and SEO performance, manages paid media, and develops content that builds trust with the parents, clinicians, educators, and referring professionals who are evaluating us for the teens they care about.

A significant part of his work lives in the infrastructure: architecting and managing our marketing automation ecosystem across HubSpot and Salesforce to ensure that every lead, inquiry, and referral relationship is nurtured with the right message at the right time. Zvi works closely with our admissions and outreach teams to align marketing strategy with on-the-ground relationship-building—bridging the gap between digital reach and human connection.

Zvi is equally focused on brand reputation management—ensuring that what families and professionals find when they research Muir Wood reflects the genuine excellence of our clinical care. From Google presence and review profiles to campaign messaging and thought leadership, Zvi works to ensure our online reputation matches the outcomes we deliver in treatment.

Personal Interests

Zvi is passionate about philosophy, history, and, of course, marketing. Zvi is also an avid mountain biker who finds clarity and perspective on the trails—values he brings back to everything he does professionally.

Who We Are

Muir Wood treats primary mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders with equal clinical depth. Our approach is mental health-first, trauma-informed throughout, and grounded in nationally recognized expertise in adolescent substance use treatment.

Every program is designed exclusively for teens, with specialized environments for those needing an even greater level of psychiatric, trauma, or clinical support — like our Penngrove campus for girls, and our upcoming Sonoma Mountain campus for boys (Fall '26).

Mental Health First

Every program treats primary MH — anxiety, depression, trauma, mood — as the core clinical focus.

Trauma-Informed Lens

Every staff interaction, not just therapy, is filtered through a trauma lens. It is our operating principle, not a modality.

Integrated SUD Expertise

Substance use is treated alongside mental health throughout all programs, not in a separate track.

Adolescent Specialists

Every clinician, psychiatrist, nurse, and educator works exclusively with teens ages 12–17.

We Treat the Whole Teen

Nothing is treated in isolation, because nothing exists in isolation.

Every teen arrives with behaviors that developed for a reason — ways of coping with or adapting to emotional pain. Our role is to understand what's driving those patterns and build healthier, more sustainable ways of regulating and coping.

Improved Emotional Safety

Environments designed to reduce threat, increase predictability, and foster genuine connection.

Clinically Relevant Groups

Group therapy dynamics mirror real-world experiences of teens with similar presentations.

Sensory and environmental design calibrated to the needs of highly activated or sensitive teens.

Enhanced Psychiatric Support

Specialized staff training and clinical protocols matched to the population's complexity.
