Rachel Cherwitz holds a bachelors and masters degree in addiction counseling, she is also a Licensed Advanced Drug and Alcohol Counselor. She graduated at the top of her graduate school class. She is driven by a deep passion for the field of addiction and showing people that their weaknesses are their strengths.
Her passion for life and her desire for people to love all aspects of themselves carries into the field of alcohol and drug addiction treatment. Her care and diligence allows her to use her natural and profound sense of empathy and compassion to guide people to a more fulfilling life. She is able to walk with people who are in difficult places in their lives and stay with them, showing them the light in their shadows and darkness and allowing them to find the gems from every aspect of their journey.
Throughout her years of work, she has acquired a great deal of knowledge and practical experience in working with addiction, dual diagnosis, trauma, and psychosis.
