Jessica is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and has worked in the mental health and substance use field for 8 years. Jessica received her B.A. in Child & Adolescent Development through Cal. State Northridge and her Master’s in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Clinical Counseling, and Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. Jessica is trained in Depth Psychology and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. She has experience working with adolescents in outpatient and inpatient levels of care. Jessica uses a person-centered approach while incorporating narrative therapy, and trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy into her clinical work with clients. In her downtime, Jess spends her days exploring the Southern California region, hiking, biking, and camping.
